I really have been made fun of for my accent. Now I know most of my readers are from Texas so it probably doesn't seem to crazy. One time I said, "we are fixin to play a game" to some friends from California. They asked if the game was broken. They did not understand that means "about to"! :) I hope you enjoy this.
