We have had a few firsts this week that I am excited to share with you!!
We have been a little under the weather for the past few days. We have all had colds, nothing very serious but just enough to make us all not feel great.
Big day- on Monday evening Maddie took 3 steps!!!! She walked in the kitchen just like Gus did when he first took steps. She hasn't taken any since, but it won't be long until she is running around! She squats on the floor and stands straight up without holding onto anything too. Getting so big!
Gus made it through Tuesday and Wednesday without any accidents and no short changes!!! And Wednesday we weren't at home and had the training potty in the car with us. He's doing so well- very proud of him :)
On Wednesday we got Gus a drink, and he loved drinking out of the straw :) This won't be a regular habit, but he had fun doing it!
We all went to a nearby town, and I was excited to get my first pumpkin spice latte (decaf). So yummy!!
Gus got to go see the ducks too.
I can't see my feet anymore :)
That's what has been going on around here this week. We will continue to take it easy and rest as we all get back to feeling 100%!
