This last weekend we had lots of rain and some storms. We actually had the tornado sirens in town go off. It was the first time that has happened since we have lived here. Thankfully we have a storm shelter under our shed. So we hurried and headed out there to crawl down in- with 3 kids and 2 dogs. We were down there for about 45 minutes. We weren't really scared because we had watched the news up until we got down there.
We enjoyed lots of family time this weekend and had some friends over.
Our garden is doing well! We have had a lot of radishes and some spinach! All the rain has really helped the plants flourish.
And I introduced the kids to a fun song, and they like it :)
We have had terrible storms here as well. We got in our inside hall bathroom Monday afternoon when the weather was so scary. So glad you all have a storm cellar. Happy rest of the week!
